ADVANTAGE REALTORS®, INC. was started in 1960 by icon, Don Thornton. At one time ADVANTAGE REALTORS®, INC. boasted three offices and sixty agents. They ranked as one of the top-five companies in Tucson. Don Thornton was one of the longest-running brokers practicing in Pima County with more than two agents.  

Since the days have passed, there is still passion to carry on the dreams of this company created by Don Thornton. ADVANTAGE REALTORS®, Inc. is now owned and operated by Sylvia Maloney, a former agent of Don Thornton and ADVANTAGE REALTORS®, Inc. Sylvia was so impressed by Don’s success and integrity that she decided to carry on in Don’s footsteps, keeping his dream alive.
